Credit Account Balance

Where a Customer funds their payment device(s), you will need to provide CLOWD9 with the

Reasons for an unsuccessful request:

  • account_id is not valid or unable to be found
  • Value received exceeds one of more of the Load behaviour limits configured e.g. exceeds maximum balance, Credits per day
  • Connections between CLOWD9 and you are interrupted for any reason

Debit Account Balance

Where a Customer wishes to withdraw part or all of their remaining balance, you will need to decrease the Account Balance using the Debit Account Balance API.


Reasons for an unsuccessful request:

  • account_id is not valid or unable to be found
  • Value received is higher than the actual balance
  • Connections between CLOWD9 and you are interrupted for any reason
