Dynamic Data Stream

The Dynamic Data Stream (DDS) provides real time messages to allow you to return a decision for any Authorization Requests (Off Ledger) to CLOWD9 to respond to the Network. If you are an 'On Ledger' Customer, CLOWD9 will provide the outcome of the Authorization request to you via the same service.

DDS also supports the sending of real time notifications as follows:

Authorization outcomes where CLOWD9 have made the decision for example Cardholder / Card verification has failed, limits have been exceeded
Administrative notifications:
- PIN tries have been exceeded
- Card status has changed
- Card has expired
- Reversal of a pending auth where the clearing record has not been received and matched within the configured period

During the Implementation lifecycle, the DDS endpoint(s) will be configured with your support, and tested prior to Production activity.

Whilst all messages can be sent via one endpoint, CLOWD9 recommend a separate endpoint for the following:

Authorization Requests and Notifications. This includes any Network Stand in Processing (STIP) and Reversal messages
Clearing Messages for First and Second Presentments, together with any Chargeback records
3D Secure (3DS) information such as:
- One Time Passcode (OTP) if you are sending this direct to the Cardholder
- Out of Band Authentication Requests
- Final outcome of any Out of Band Authenticated transactions
