DPay (Tokenization) Solution

The CLOWD9 DPay solution, provides you and your Cardholders with the functionality to tokenize a Virtual and/or Physical Primary Account Number (PAN) via the Payment Networks and Wallet Providers, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Through each stage of the tokenization flow and lifecycle, there will be specific responsibilities for each party as follows:

You:

• Regulated entity with the contractural relationship with the Cardholder
• Provision of the mobile application
• Management of the Cardholder authentication and outcomes (Yellow Path)
• Relationship with the Wallet Providers, together with sending and receiving data. You may integrate with a third party to manage this
• Submission of Marketing, Card Design and any other material required to be approved by the Network and Wallet Providers

Network:

• Regulating the Tokenization solution between all parties
• Issuance of specifications and mandates
• Configuration of the BIN(s) to be tokenized
• Interfaces between the Wallet Provide and CLOWD9

CLOWD9:

• Ownership of the DPay solution
• Ensuring compliance with the Payment Network mandates
• Providing the platform to configure to support the tokenization through one or more Wallet providers.
• CLOWD9 will not communicate directly to the Wallet providers
• Development, delivery and ownership of the API interface between CLOWD9 and third party Token Requestor
• Providing the DPAN liefcycle management via API and Vista
• Providing Tokenization Event Messages to you
• Authorization, Presentment Interchange & Fees Report (PIF) & Monthly Apple Pay reporting requirements
• Display of DPAN information and transactional data via Vista
