Set Secure PIN

This endpoint allows you to set a new PIN value, either on behalf of your Customer or a value set by them at card_id level. The new PIN value must be provided to CLOWD9 otherwise the request will be declined. The secure_pin value has to be provided and it should be a PIN encrypted with a customer's public key. Use Get Customer Key endpoint in Customer Management Section to retrieve the key
